Lots and lots of resources - most convenient for you depends on where in the Philippines you are. It looks like you are in a perfect area for beekeeeping!! Probably you could have a great business selling colonies to the USA in spring. It's hard to keep bees over winter in North America, and we have colony collapse disorder. Healthy bees are very very precious.
