just found out two weeks ago i'm allgergic two honey bees after being stung by one of them then yesterday i was stung by a wasp and this morning i woke up with a swole jaw and neck compared to a honey bee sting thats preety strange is that a alergic reaction are a normal reactionWhat are the effects of a wasp sting if you ar alergic to bee stings are they different?

When you are allergic to bee stings........


It is normal for hands or limbs to swell. Face and neck can swell also. The problem arises when your throat starts closing. If it is severe it can cause distress in breathing and death.

With any sting it is normal to have a little swelling (I do mean little) and pain. If you are allergic to honey bees you are allergic to wasp. Have your doctor prescribe you an Epi pen for the ';just in case I get stung'; to have. Also, as one said Benadryal. The liquid works faster. Seek medical attention if your throat starts swelling.
u shouldn't swell up that much really so i'd go see a doctor as u probablly r allergic by the sound of it!
